Terms of use
This page contains the full agreement between you and DecNow. There are no additional terms hidden elsewhere.
01Software license
You purchase the right to use DecNow, not ownership of the software. An active plan covers one activated device. The trial and paid plan use the same app.
02Trial and subscription
The trial lasts seven days from first launch. Paid access follows the period confirmed by the license server. When that period expires, paid features require renewal. An expired trial does not restart. Your projects remain unchanged and your work remains yours.
03Your access key
A key is linked to the first computer on which it is activated. Keep it private. We store only a digest of the key, so a lost key cannot be recovered. Support can revoke it and issue a new one.
04Refunds
Request a refund through the payment platform or directly through support. The consumer rules of your country apply. Once the refund is processed, the license is revoked.
05Your responsibility
The app is provided as is, without warranties. DecNow always creates a backup sequence before making changes. Review the edited sequence before delivering it. You remain responsible for the edit and the final result.
06Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The terms published on this page apply, and significant changes are announced on the site.
