How DecNow processes your media and handles the data used for purchases and licenses.
01Your audio never leaves your computer
Speech detection and editing run on your computer. The app does not upload audio, video or Premiere project files.
02What we store when you buy
We store your email, an identifier for the licensed device and the reference provided by the payment platform (Mercado Pago, Kiwify or Stripe). We do not receive your card details.
03Activation and license checks
Activation sends your access key, a device identifier and the app version. Later checks send the license ID and device identifier. Paid access is verified when the app opens and every five minutes; these requests contain no media.
04What we use your email for
We use your email to send your key and respond to support requests. We do not send newsletters or use trackers or advertising.
05Your choices
We have never sold your data and will not sell it. Contact support to transfer your license to a new computer or delete your data.
